Specifications you can tender, follow, and warrant.
Bill writes the spec. We will deliver it ourselves or you can put it out to tender. Either way, the floor performs.

- Sample pack and spec library
- 5,000 plus floors finished
Why this fits you
The three reasons architect / specifier customers engage Floorscape.
NATSPEC-ready specifications
Every Floorscape system has a NATSPEC-format datasheet. Substrate prep, product selection, application sequence, timing, warranty terms. Drop it into the project specification and tender it.
CPD lunch-and-learn
Bill runs CPD-accredited sessions in your studio. One hour. Real failed floors, real fixes, real specifications. Coffee, sandwiches, no sales pitch.
The spec is portable
If you want Floorscape to deliver the spec, we can. If you want to tender it, you can give it to any qualified contractor. The warranty terms travel with the specification.
Tier 4 Premium
Request the spec library
Drop us your studio details and the project type. We will send the relevant NATSPEC datasheets, sample boards, and (if you want) book a CPD session.
Common questions
- Yes. The Tier 3 Expert engagement covers paid specification writing whether or not Floorscape delivers the work. Bill's experience is portable.
- Yes, accredited for one CPD point under the AIA framework. Sessions are free for studios in Melbourne.
- We specify residential garages, basements, and showrooms. The Tier 1 Home Showroom system is the most-specified residential system for premium projects.
- The warranty is contingent on the specification being followed. Substitution voids the substrate-prep warranty and may void the coating warranty. The spec is explicit on this.
