- Polished concrete is mechanically honed and sealed. The slab itself is the floor, no coating. Ultra-premium epoxy is a 4mm built-up finish with custom pigment. Bill walks the slab and tells you which suits your substrate and your light.
- Polished concrete and 4mm pigmented epoxy are deeper systems with more substrate involvement. Annual sealing keeps them on the warranty. We track the seal anniversary and remind you. Read /warranty for the full terms.
- Yes. Showroom is built for custom pigment matches. Bring a sample, a photo, or a Pantone reference. Bill mixes a proof and signs it off with you on the slab walk.
- Polished concrete is one to two days depending on slab area. Ultra-premium epoxy is one day, plus a return visit at week 2 for the seal layer. Both are scheduled in writing before you commit.
