Why this fits you
The three reasons forensic report customers engage Floorscape.
Walk the slab. Read the failure.
Bill walks the floor with a moisture meter, a hardness probe, and a camera. The diagnosis is rarely the obvious answer. Most failed floors fail from underneath.
5 to 8 page report
Substrate assessment, moisture results, coating diagnosis, recommended remediation. Written so a builder, an insurer, or a court can read it without translation.
You own the report
The report is yours. Use it to negotiate with the original contractor, to brief a remediation specialist, or to support an insurance claim. We do not sell remediation off the back of advisory.

- Yes. Bill has provided written evidence in builder disputes, insurance claims, and VCAT matters. Court-grade engagement is quoted separately.
- We can, but advisory fees and remediation fees are quoted separately so the diagnosis is independent of the fix. Often the original contractor is liable for the remediation.
- Standard advisory bookings are 2 to 3 weeks out. Urgent forensic work for active disputes can usually be inside 7 days at the rush escalator.
