Common questions
- One day on site for a standard single or double, two days for a triple. Light foot traffic at 24 hours, full vehicle return at 72 hours.
- If your slab has an existing coating, deep cracks, moisture issues, or access challenges, our published delivery escalators apply. We publish those before you book. See /homeowners/transparent-delivery.
- Yes, the standard Tier 1 zone covers most of eastern Melbourne. Outside the zone we add an out-of-zone escalator at $2 per km over 25 km from Monbulk.
- 10 year coating warranty on the finish, applicable when the substrate prep specification is followed by Floorscape. Substrate-prep warranty terms are in the engagement letter.
- 50 percent deposit to lock the install slot, 50 percent on completion. No Stripe link on this page. The deposit invoice goes through Xero.
