Tier 1 Home Recoat
Time for a refresh? We know your floor.
Existing Floorscape customers due for a recoat. We have the slab on file. The recoat lands on the same warranty terms as the original install.
- Existing Floorscape customers
- Slab on file from the original install
- Recoat refresh, not full strip
- Warranty continues from refresh date
Why this fits you
The three reasons recoat b2b customers engage Floorscape.
We have the slab on file
Original prep records, coating system, ambient conditions on the day. The recoat is calibrated against what we know already worked. No second-guessing the substrate.
Refresh, not strip
If the original Floorscape coating is still adhering well, we recoat over the top with a compatible topcoat. Saves you the strip cost and runs in one day.
Warranty continues from refresh
The 10 year warranty resets from the refresh date on the recoated layer. If the original underlayer fails, we cover that under the original warranty terms.

Common questions
- If the topcoat looks dull, has light scratching from car tyres, or the colour has shifted slightly, you are at the recoat point. Structural failures (peel, lifting) are different and need diagnosis.
- Yes. Recoat pricing is roughly 60 to 70 percent of a fresh install because we skip the substrate prep. We will quote precisely once you give us the address.
- If the original coating is still in warranty and has failed, we cover it under the original warranty terms. Send us the photos and the install year.
- Yes, within the same finish family. You can refresh Premium with a brighter clear coat, but cannot move from Premium to Showroom on a recoat without prep work.
