Compatibility checklist
Our prep specification ships with a coating-compatibility checklist. If your epoxy product is on the list, we warrant our prep. If it is not, we will tell you before you commit.
Substrate-prep warranty
12 month warranty on prep quality, contingent on your epoxy being applied within 48 hours of prep and being on the compatibility list. Prep defect after that, we cover the recoat labour.

Common questions
- Per-square-metre rates for grind-only, grind-and-prime, and full prep-and-prime. Mobilisation, weekend, and rush escalators are itemised separately. The card refreshes every quarter.
- First job: cash on completion. After two clean jobs: net 7. After ten clean jobs: net 14. We do not offer net 30 on Tier 5 Trade.
- No. We warrant our prep, you warrant your coating. The compatibility checklist exists so the line is clear.
- Trade work is scheduled fortnightly. Rush is inside 5 days at the rush escalator. Trade slots fill faster than commercial; book early.
